Complaints, exchange and returns of goods.

 

We care very much that each of our customers is satisfied and we do everything to make our inhalers. Sometimes, however, an error or mistake can occur. However, we will arrange everything to your satisfaction.

If you want to exchange / claim the purchased goods:

• subsequently sent it to our postal address given in the form together with the goods.
The goods are subject to exchange / complaint provided that:
• is without signs of use (nor has it been physically damaged),
• is in the original packaging and with original labels,
• has a proof of payment, an invoice and a replacement exchange form attached.

In case of exchange for another product or any questions, please let us know as soon as possible by email at: info@woi.sk.

If you want to return the goods and withdraw from the contract

download and fill out this form - return,
• subsequently sent it to our postal address given in the form together with the goods.
Goods are subject to return provided that:
• is without signs of use (nor has it been physically damaged),
• is in the original packaging and with original labels,
• has a proof of payment, an invoice and a replacement exchange form attached.

If you are unable to print any of the forms, write the information on the goods provided on the form directly on the copy of the invoice and send it to us instead of the form. Please read our Terms and Conditions before purchasing. Send the shipment with the goods back as an insured package (never cash on delivery). In the business conditions, you will find all important details on deadlines and the handling of any complaints.
